I am counting the days till I move back to S.F. to root on my Niners. I liive in Arizona and bought season tickets to the Cardinals and I have to admit that the Stadium is unbelievable. I am happy to see Leinart playing since I am a USC fan, but the one thing I won't miss is the fans. These are the most negative people I ever met and I guess they have every reason to be. There is no optimism in Arizona. Everyone just wants to point fingers and argue with each other on the message boards. It is almost over though and next year I will be at every Niner hme game.

1-8 season record will do that to any fan.

BTW when you get here - hope the 49ers are still at candlestick! ;)

When I read that York wanted to move the team to Santa Clara I almost moved up the next day to lay in front of the trucks. There is nothing like the Stick. I love it there and it is like the Wrigley Field or Fenway Park of football. These massive stadiums don't have the same appeal or history and it takes away from the game a little. Even when the team was 1-3 and Leinart came in there was still negative comments. The fans are divided since the 1st day and it was the same way when I lived here in 2002. They just aren't happy fans and before the season started they were mad that all the new fans were buying tickets to the new stadium. It will never end!
