What did we trade to denver for their 1st round draft pick last year? I think we should try to do the same this year. Get 2 1st rounders and draft both these players. What u guys think?

We traded our 2nd and 3rd rounders (high 2nd and high 3rd) for it. Basically it cost us a high 3rd to move up something like 15 spots.
I think it is way too early to focus that tightly on specific names. There are several probable first rounders that can help us. We have to see how workouts go and draft boards shake out.
And last year was a weird situation. Normally a team doesn't trade up pick for pick days before a draft like we did last year. And with more specific needs this year, I'll be shocked if we trade pick for pick before draft day.
I would also rather we use our extra 4's for some smaller manoevering than give up most of our day one for name recognition.

We would need to trade nearly every first day and 2 of our fourth rounders to get two picks in the top 15 (about where they both will go if not higher), no way either of those guys are woth that price for a team still building for the future.

Yeah and look at what there is still to come:
Bowl Games
Combine
Free Agency
Workouts
People's stock will go up and down so you never know who we can get anyways with our picks anyways.

What u guys think? This is actually quite feesable. Woodley's stock will probably fall because of his size (6'2" 250 lbs.), and we could trade up into the lower half of the first round again. It would be even more likely if we trade Kwame Harris and/or Justin Smiley for 3rd rounders.
