I plan to fly out to San Francisco to visit the city and watch the 49ers at Candlestick. Has anyone here ever done this?

What advice do you have? What game should I go to? Where are some good hotels with reasonable rates?

I appreciate any and all help.

Don't buy tix on ticketmaster. YOu'll end up far from the field.

Shell out the extra cash and get seats between the 20's lower level, from craigslist or ebay. It seems like a lot, but you're already gonna be spending a few hundred just to get here. Spend the cash, it's worth it.

Learn how to shake them dreads, you're gonna be doing a lot of those whenever we get touchdowns on gamedays.
