What we need:
A Brian Urlacher at MLB, a younger Derrick Brooks at OLB, an Assante Samuel at CB. A Bob Sanders at Safety, a Dewight Freeney at one end and a Juliius Peppers at the other.

Now Given there isn't any of those in the Draft or Free Agency (save Samuels) I suggest we go after Brandon Mebane. I do not believe he is worth 11 overall but if is available at 11 and we could trade down with assurance we can get him I feel we should.:dance3: :flex:

yes we can because he will definatly be there in the second and i think that pick 43 would still be a reach for him

Mebane is an overacheiver that will be a backup at the next level i wouldnt draft him with our second round pick but a 4th round maybe

Do you anticipate him being a 34 DE or can he be a rotational NT guy?
