Marcus McCauley please. He is big, physical, and athletic. Could be a Chris McAlister type of player and the #1 corner on the 49ers defense. Here's a draft profile I found for him: McCauley (http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/cb/marcusmccauley.html)

:mouthclosed:... From everything I've heard he had a terrible senior year, and just looks lost at the senior bowl practices

Neither my top guys for us:
Wade, Jonathan UTprobably the best athlete and a big guy. Converted WR who is a monster at breaking up passes and reminds me very much of my favorite Cb inthe league R Mathis of jax. Very dependable in man coverage.

Kenny Scott GT Another big guy who excells one on one but may be a liability in zone. He is slow to get his hip turned around but his long stride help make up for that. Very long and lean whos major detractors will bring up his inability to cover shifty small WR's but in our division there are not really any of those types.

Both can be had in the second round maybe third and IMO are on the same level as the 4-5 that go before them. I'm not a fan of Hall, Hughes, or Ross because they get beat deep too often going for the big play INT's rather than wrapping/delivering a big hit. Revis i just dont know enough about yet to have a good impression of him and McCauley, I have seen get beat too many times by Nevada and other WAC teams to think he can be anything more than a nickle back.

Wouldnt mind him either for a third or early fourth.

I like Revis too, I hadn't heard about McCauley's senior bowl problems but I still think he has more potential than any of the others. Chris Houston is a good player. I'm quite sure Hall won't be available when the Niners draft. Not a fan of Hughes at all, or Aaron Ross.

Out of any corner in the class I'd love to get Irons... probably have to be a 2nd-3rd round pick though

hughes isnt bad. he's a great open field tackler and a pretty good coverage guy. really knows when to turn and look for the ball (hence all the interceptions his senior year)
