**10 hour window for picking players in the 1st round. The 2nd round will be 8 hours; rounds 3 and 4 will be 6 hours snd rounds 5-7 will be 4 hours.**
** If passed you can make your selection at any time, but the next person may draft thheir player the minute the last persons time expires**
**Compensatory picks have not been announced, so therefore will not be in effect**

i'm in western NY, in a suburb outside of Buffalo. yep we get all the lake effect snow. i see your in Binghampton, i think thats central NY towards the southern portion.

yeah we dont get snow like you guys do in Buffalo...it drops on you much before us haha:francis:

we get it bad. well we separate the north towns from the south towns when it comes to snow. you get lake effect snow because cold air flows over the warm lakes to our west (Lake Erie and Lake Ontario) and the temperature change in the air causes lake effect snow. the better the summer we get the worse the winter because the lake is warmer due to the warm summer.

now i live in the north towns luckily so i get the snow alot less bad than the south towns. the reason is we get the snow going over lake Erie mostly which is much smaller than lake Ontario and doesn't cause as bad of a temperature change in the air. the south towns on the other hand, which is our ski country gets killed. lake ontario is huge and causes a big temperature change and they get hit with snow big time. when the south towns get hit with 12+ inches of snow the north towns where i live will only get about 6 inches.

the Buffalo Bills dont actually play in Buffalo, the stadium is actually in Orchard Park, in the south towns. this is why the Bills often get a good amount of snow.

There was a reason the first one was invite only, because those were all the people that knew how to handle the game. They understood the concept of counter-offers and negotiating, and that people like to hear back when they send out a trade offer. It's such a simple thing to do to reply, yet there are a couple in this game that don't seem to have the time.
