What Pass Rushing OLB's will we target?

What are some good pass rushing 3-4 OLB's SF can target, besides the obvious adalius thomas?

Bryan Thomas from the jets looked intriguing before he got locked up to a long term extension.

Tully Banta-Cain is a solid OLB from the patriots

Shaun Phillips is the best besides adalius and is young too and has played for manusky but he is a RFA and would require draft picks. I wouldnt mind trading a 2nd and a 4th (thats the most id part with) but i find it extremely unlikely they let phillips go.

Any others?

He's a guy I like. I wouldn't be mad if we gave up a first for him because we'd be getting a guy that's proven and he'd be able to step in as a starter from day 1. I'm not sure we'd be able to get all that from whoever we draft at 11. With all that said, I can't see the chargers letting him go, especially, with all the questions surrounding foley.

I don't really know much about Tully Banta-Cain. Is he a situational pass rusher? I know he had alot of sacks this year, but what would he bring to the table that roderick green already doesn't bring?

A 2nd and a 4th for Phillips would be insane.

He is 25, a great pass rusher, and has worked with manusky before.

I think he would be better than a rookie OLB. I know the trade isnt realistic, its just something i would consider.
