VINCE YOUNG!!! Thats right folks you heard it here first- The Dallas Cowboys will be picking #6 (our pick) if the draft goes like this:

1. Bush
2. M. Willams
3. M. Liehnhart
4. V.Davis
5. A.J. Hawk
6. V. Young - Dallas Cowboys (49ers trade down to #15 snatching up Manny Lawson while giving up our 20006 3rd pick/2007 5th to move back up to the #19 and selecting CB Florida St)
Cowboys give up a 2006 2nd and 5th rnd plus their 2007 1st rnd pick and player to be mentioned later. The 49ers give up a 2007 3rd rnd pick

OK I know its a very Madden like BUT honestly this would be a great year for the Cowboys to move up and get the Franchise QB of their future, stealing the state of Texas most exciting college football player to come out in the last 25yrs This would almost gurantee Houston fans to jump ship after realizing Bush is not Sayers nor even Faulk for that matter!!

Yeah the cowboys are looking to try to go to the Super bowl this year or next year so they won't bring in someone as a project. Bill Parcels is looking to go to the super bowl in the next year or two and if it doesn't happen, he will retire again.

I totally understand that Bill and Jerry would both like to get back to the Super Bowl. Having said that drafting at #15 and taking a 2nd tier LB who may or may not be ready to contribute right away won't do it for them either.. Cowboys have upgraded at the Wr position as well as re-signing the FS so really they are not that far away at all.. Who is it that they really can get at #15 that will get them to the Super Bowl?

I couldnt see Parcells going after a QB like Young unless hes had a change of heart. All of his QB have been veteran QBs who are pocket passers. I dont think hes ever had a mobile, athletic QB. He must not like em for whatever reason.

Where exactly do you think Ware was selected last year? Was he also second tier? So are you saying that Lawson is second Tier and we should take him while letting the Cowboys have a top tier guy? Parcells has 1 year left with the Cowboys no way he selects any projects in this draft the first day.

Very true :tung: and enjoy your laughs now but remember who said it first .... Dallas has nothing to loose because their needs are not that great at all.. No one player will get them to a SB next year or even the year after, at least not in the draft anyways.. Remember they had 2 first last year and did very well in doing so but Young is a rare talent regardless of what you think or find so funny...

Great thought if they had a differnt coach. Parcells wont pick up a QB when he wants to win now! There is no building for the future, its now or never with him. I think they get croyle in the 2nd.

My father-in-law, a vietnam vet, just passed away last week @ 57 years of age due to complications brought on by Agent Orange. he was an avid Playstation Fan and a skilled Madden Player.

Video games have no age restrictions and are geared more towards adults then children, after all we're the ones that make the money that purchases the systems and the games.

Nope i am thinking Vince Young is going to Tennessee at #3 and i just checked on ESPN and Mel Kiper is saying that Tennessee will take Vince unless Santa Clause Shows up and makes the pick. Tennessee's Owner is from Houston, TX, and all the main people are liking vince to sit behind mcnair for a little bit and then become polished and only like Norm Chow the O Coordinator and some other guy likes Leinart So expect Vince Young #3 and possibly Leinart at #7 to oakland.

Buttt if that happens i feel at #6 we should almost take Leinart and find some one wanting to trade Maybe Oakland so we still get VD if he is still available and maybe a 3rd or 4th rd pick. Or something to that effect. Imagine some one like st louis or Arizona giving like a 2nd rounder extra for him. But with all the talks of Nolan not trading down it could be a long shot.

Sorry about your father-in-law PsychoZombie. I have a friend who's disabled and plays video games all day, which is understandable. But as far as healthy grown men playing video games goes, what a joke. I look at my disabled friend, and I thank God that I can go out and ride motocross, or play golf, or play softball, or do anything that doesn't involve staring at a video screen with a controller in my hands.

I always joke with my girlfriend that all the guys in the world are going to put down their video game controllers one day, and find out that the girls have taken over the world. You gamers are a joke. :falldownlaugh:

You gamers are a joke. :falldownlaugh:

Even though I appreciate your condolences I don't appreciate your juvenile ignorance.

Just because you don't like playing videogames doesn't give you the right to look down on those that do.

I work 60+ hours a week as a surgical technologist, am a father of 3 and a husband of 10 years. I served my country for 10 years in the US Army and did a year and a half in Iraq.

I'm an avid mountain biker, graphics designer, chess player and devourer of books.

I also knock heads on SOCOM and Madden.

That doesn't make me a joke.

I feel golf is about as exciting as watching paint dry and takes about as much intelligience as a dog chasing it's tail but that's my opinion. I work with
surgeons who are avid golfers so I know their not as stupid as dogs chasing their tails.

But just because a few of your high school/college buddies spend all their time sitting around getting high and playing video games all the time doesn't mean that the majority of gamers are lazy and jokes.

You spend your leisure time doing multiple things and so do gamers. Never stereotype people then call them a joke, it just makes you look like a joke and unintelligient!

Sure it does. I played videogames when I was a teenager. When I became a man, I put aside childish endeavors. Video games belong in the purview of children, not adults. Perhaps it is acceptable as a pasttime with children, but not as a standalone adult activity. I therefore have every right to taunt those who would look at gaming as a serious venture, just as I tease my future father-in-law for dropping quarter after quarter into a slot machine to watch the pretty wheels spin round and round. I believe in this instance the juvenile ignorance would belong in your realm, not mine.

Congratulations. Like many other common human beings, you have achieved some notoriety, and I commend you. I suppose we all have our juvenile quirks that we carry over into adulthood -- mine seems to be sportscars and motorcycles. I take my fair share of ribbing for this, and I take it far less seriously than you've taken my jabs. To each his own, eh?

Then you've played golf? Or are you talking about that Tiger Woods video game? My son has that game, and he was amazed when he found out that I've actually played several of those courses in the real world!

To quote one of my favorite movies, "lighten up, Francis." If your going to take videogames seriously, I'm going to tease you about it. Why? Because I can.:boxing:

I don't know why I responded to your post in such a manner ManCans, at 30 years of age I should realize by now that people with such stereotypical minds and thoughts are not worth the time or energy.

I need to remember that certain people just believe they have the right to mock, judge and degrade other people because of their own personal opinions.
