Best way to get to Candlestick

I am a Niner fan from Reno, Nevada. I am planning on attending several games this season but am tired of the long drive there and back. I recently read that Southwest Air is going to begin flying into SFO. I need a little help from there. What is the best way to get to the park from the airport??? All help is appreciated!!!

From the Airport, Go North on Highway 101. Exit on Monster Park. Its about 8 or 9 miles from the airport..

I guess my question is, what type of public transportation should I take from the airport??? Is there a train or a bus?? Would it be cheaper to take a taxi??? I apologize for my ignorance here but I am VERY unfamiliar with travel in your complicated city!!

Im not sure if their will be a bus that will take you there directly. You could take BArt from the airport and possibly get off at a stop and then get on the muni bus that has bus that goes to Monster park.

Take BART to Balboa Park Station, then catch SF Muni's (bus) 28X line on Geneva Avenue to Monster Park.

I think the fastest and easiest way would be to get a taxi.

Take a Taxi, they can go in the way the busses do and it will only be about 15 dollars or less. $35 airport to downtown. After the game the Taxi stand in the North West area can be long if you are heading to the city $25 or airport $15, but almost every bus in the North West area of the stadium goes downtown. Do not know of a bus from the airport to stadium and Bart is way out of the way,
