Hi again - Here is my latest mock before the combine. Once the combine is completed I will update:

JaySto’s Mock Draft Version 3.0 --- PRE-COMBINE

1st round - #11 - 1250 points
2nd round - #42 - 480 points
3rd round - #76 - 210 points
4th round - #101 - 96 points (f/Washington)
4th round - #107 - 80 points
4th round - #122 - 50 points (f/New York Jets)
5th round - #138 - 37 points
6th round - #172 - 23.6 points

First Round
#11 - Amobi Okoye DT Louisville – If he’s still there I feel this guy has the BIGGEST upside out of ANY D-LINE player in the ENTIRE draft. If he’s not there…
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/dt/amobiokoye.html

ALTERNATE PICKS:
ADAM CARRIKER – Again, D-LINE is our NUMBER ONE priority this draft!!
Laron Landry – Don’t like this pick but BPA
Darrelle Revis CB Pittsburgh – I don’t like the idea of taking a corner back in the first round but this is the BPA at this slot.

Second Round
# 42 – Spencer DE Purdue – at 6-3 266 and a 4.67 40 he would make a solid OLB in the 3-4 system. Finding a play on the weak side opposite Manny Lawson is a must (if not just for depth!)
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/de/anthonyspencer.html

ALTERNATES:
Joe Staley OT Central Michigan – Nolan has stated more then once that the O-line is always he’s first priority, so if Joe is still there then this should be a no-brainer. If not then…
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/ot/joestaley.html

Third Round
# 76 – Fred Bennett CB South Caroline – Marcus Hudson is a Safety and Sammy Davis, well we all know how good he is (NOT!), we need another Corner Back (This pick depends on who we take with the first overall pick in the draft.
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/cb/fredbennett.html

ALTERNATES:
Justin Harrell DT Tennessee – Projects to DE in 3-4 system.
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/dt/justinharrell.html

We should have another third round pick but I don’t know what ##. Does anyone know? I think this would be a late round pick for JP but don’t know yet…

Fourth Round
#101 (From Washington.LOL!!!) – Brandon Frye OT Virginia Tech

ALETERNATE:
Doug Datish C Ohio State – Jack of all O-line positions.
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/c/dougdatish.html

#107 – Paul Williams WR Fresno State – Not really a big fan as he tends to take plays off but great value at this pick.
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/wr/paulwilliams.html

#122 (from the JETS LOL!!! Suckers!) – Lorenzo Booker RB Florida State – I think he would be a great fit in our O-System and we NEED another RB (Hicks is gone if we pick a RB in this draft).
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/rb/lorenzobooker.html

We have another fourth round pick for Andre Carter but don’t know where so for now onto the fifth round…

Fifth Round
# 138 – Joel Filani WR Texas Tech
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/wr/joelfilani.html

Sixth Round
#172 – Antonio Johnson DT Mississippi State
http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/dt/antoniojohnson.html

This is all dependant on our Free Agent accusations, at which point I will revise once again…

10. A once-in-a-lifetime player: Louisville defensive tackle Amobi Okoye had the look of a top-10 player at the Senior Bowl. The amazing part is that he's only 19 years old. If his body can hold up, he could get three huge contracts during his career if he plays well. Okoye played four years at Louisville and kept getting better every year. If he signs a five-year deal, he will be hitting free agency at the age of 24, an age many players are just starting their NFL careers. He's underclassman age with a college degree. Amazing.

Harrell wont make it to the 3rd. Not sure about Williams in the 4th too but it could happen.

Wouldn't complain either way, except on Revis.

Mmmhh... if we get AT I see no reason to pick up another OLB in round 2, just to be a backup. I could see us going after Meriweather (still holding on hopes we get him that late  ) or Eric Weddle, whom I think Nolan will like because of his versatility and willingness to do everything he can. Basically, from what I've read on him, he's what we can call a "Nolan guy".

I don't like the alternate choice, but the original one is well-spirited. We desperately need depth at CB.

Can't comment on the rest of the draft, tho.
