I'm sure this wont be popular but i see the Raiders securing a Vet QB (Garrard, Green Plummer) before the draft and holding on to Walters as their future.
Oh ya and come draft day the niners will trade half their team + all their draft picks + 4 of the 5 SB trophy's +Yorks first grandchild + the rights to B lloyds rap album and bryants sweat towel to the raiders for Calvin Johnson cause evedently he is that good.

That'd be harsh for Jags fans... another oversized QB. :fishing:

Ya thought about that once he runs it might change but if he can go a 4.7 ish 40 I'd have to put him above Lefty (whom i still dont believe is the starter despite what Del Rio says).

Couple of problems I see.........

5.) Zona could take Landry, he'd certainly fit a need but 5 may be too early for him although he could be this years Donte Whitner.

17.) Russell at 17?!?! He wont escape the top 5 IMO.

18.) Again, cant see Branch falling this much. If he falls he shouldnt fall any lower than 13 to the Rams who need help inside. Dont forget they took a flyer on DT Jimmy Kennedy who plummeted on draft day so we could see that all over again if Branch falls.

28.) I dont think NE would take Gonzalez over Rice.

Plus, no Greg Olsen?

Cant argue with any of those, if the raiders dont take Russell he drops like a brick.
Olsen will be in there after FA but right now I cant see the two teams CHI and Ciny taking him with the issues they have.
Rice to me has BUST written all over him, but your thought is the prevailing one so far.
Branch, again your in the majority but i said back in november he'd fall to 20's and i'm sticking to it.
As for Landry its a reach but I have to think their new HC has visions of a Hope Troy P safety set in Wilson and Landry.

Solid reasoning but if OAK doesnt take Russell Cleveland will. Ive heard their owner Randy Lerner (sp?) likes him alot and the organization cant feel too good going into the season with Frye and Anderson as their QBs.

Hmmm good to know I've not heard anything on the browns @ the QB position.

I agree but I think they might reach, "IF" it were to lay out that way, I'm not so sure they dont just take the best need pick, because i doubt there would be any trade partners.

Ross: Athletically ---YES---limited expoure on very good teams.
