MOCK DRAFT GAME 4.0

Here are the rules..........

1. There will be a winner voted on by the members competing based on overall Improvement made by the GM (ie- strength of the starting roster & depth of the team compared to the start.) Each owner will rank the top 5 teams in order of improvement. The number one team in their rankings will receive a 7, number two will get a 5, number three gets a 3, number four gets a 2, and number five gets 1. The totals will be added up, and the winner declared.

2. There are NO Free agents. All players are assumed to be under contract with their respective teams. We will use the rosters as of April 10th. (LaVar Arrington, Charles Woodson and Ty Law will be returned to their original teams.)

3. There can be trades. There CANNOT be trading between teams managed by the same owner.CB-G

4. The 7 round draft (or as close to 7 as we can) will start as soon as the teams fill up.

5. GMs will have 6 Hours in which to select a pick in Round 1 (no window). It will remain 6 hours for Round 2 (no window), 4 hours for Round 3(window will be 6am-12pm PST), and then, 3 hours for Rounds 4-7 (window will be 6am-12pm PST). If, you're not a member who logs on frequently you shouldn't enter. Should your time run out you will be "passed" and the next team will select, but you can select at any time when you log back on after being passed.

6. We have 18 days as of now to do this, so I suggest owners who would like more than one team select teams with back to back picks. It is possible to own more than two teams if this doesn't fill up. But, select 2 teams for now, and we'll try to start ASAP. I'll will update this post after the picks, I'm on daily so, it'll get done. Also, please try to keep track of when your picks are. In the case that I'm not on to announce your pick, feel free to announce who is on the clock, or make your pick if you are certain you are on the clock. Time frames for picks will run on PACIFIC time, afterall we are a best coast team. When trading picks, please announce the exact # of the pick, as I have listed them here.
