As promised here is my 9ers mock draft after FA…(I know FA isn’t over but the big names are known know.)

1st round - #11 - 1250 points
2nd round - #42 - 480 points
3rd round - #76 - 210 points
4th round - #101 - 96 points (f/Washington)
4th round - #107 - 80 points
4th round - #122 - 50 points (f/New York Jets)
5th round - #138 - 37 points
6th round - #172 - 23.6 points

First Round
#11 – Patrick Willis - ILB Ole Miss
This is the piece to the Nolan puzzle (called the 3-4) that has been missing. All moves in FA point to Nolan picking this speedster LB’er with the 11th pick in the draft. The 3-4 systems need fast active Linebackers to work and this guy is a sure fire hit in the system. Ran a 4.50 40 at the combine!

Alternate pick: Adam Carriker - His stock was already hot after a big Senior Bowl week. Now it is even hotter after an impressive performance at the combine. His shuttle time of 4.18 at almost 300 pounds is nothing short of amazing.

Second Round
# 42 – Anthony Spencer DE Purdue – at 6-3 266 and a 4.73 40 he would make a solid OLB in the 3-4 system. Finding a player on the weak side opposite Manny Lawson is a must (if not just for depth!)

ALTERNATES:Quentin Moses Defensive End - Georgia
– May or may not drop to here but

Third Round
# 76 – Jason Hill - WR Washington St. Ran a 4.36 40 at the combine and that was his biggest knock. Otherwise the Best Available Wide Receiver.

Fourth Round :
#101 (From Washington.LOL!!!) - Derek Landri DT - Notre Dame Ideal fit for DE in 3-4 scheme.
Alternate: David Patterson Defensive Tackle | Senior | Ohio St.

#107 –– Lorenzo Booker RB Florida State – I think he would be a great fit in our O-System and we NEED another RB (Hicks is gone if we pick a RB in this draft).http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/rb/lorenzobooker.html

#122 (from the JETS LOL!!! Suckers!) – David Clowney WR Virginia Tech http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/wr/davidclowney.html

Fifth Round
# 138 – Dustin Fry C Clemsonhttp://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/c/dustinfry.html
Might go sooner.

Sixth Round
#172 – Antonio Johnson DT Mississippi Statehttp://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/dt/antoniojohnson.html

11 is too high for Willis and hes not really a 3-4 ILB.

I do like Spencer and Hill though.

Can to explain about Willis?

From what I've read hes more of a sideline to sideline LB. Not a guy who can take on blocks and be a run stuffer.

He plays alot like Ray Lewis or Jonathan Vilma who both play in a 3-4 and neither like it because they have to fight blocks and arent allowed to roam and make tackles.

David Harris, Brandon Siler and HB Blades appear to be good 3-4 ILB candidates.

Not bad, I dont think your last 4 picks will be there that late but not bad.
