I've been saying this for days... his toughness was already in question and declaring he wouldn't work out AGAIN has his stock dropping.... his hands and route running skills were already in question
NFLDraftScout.com has him really dropping and states that he's being looked at as a KR/PR that could help at WR instead of a WR that that could help at KR/PR

Not only do I not think Ted Ginn should be drafted by the niners, I think it would be very bad news for him, too.
What talents Ginn does have would be wasted with the niner's offense.
Everybody likes to trumpet his speed like he'll be Randy Moss in his prime, catching deep touchdown after deep touchdown. Well, Randy Moss had more than just ridiculous speed. He also had height, leaping ability and was adept at making deep route and red zone catches with a defender on him.
Ted ginn has wheels, but the majority of what allowed him to be a playmaker in college is his acceleration. He is fast, but what was best about him would be that he'd get from a near standstill to top speed quickly, and people (especially on special teams) who would be in good position against most returners found that they would get to him too late because of it.
To me, the team that gets the most out of Ginn will have to gameplan around him. He'll get the occasional deep ball going out of the slot or in motion, but the best way to let him have an impact is to move him around and find ways to get him the ball in space. WR screens, short dump passes, lining him up off the line of scrimmage, and of course end-arounds.
I just don't see the niner's offense being set up that way. Their line is being built to maul people and wear them down. That means a lot of running. They are trying to get a vertical offense, which requires the right receiver talent. And they will have a lot of checkdowns. And they already have a multi-pupose x factor weapon that they need to get the ball to more.
I think if Ginn is going to be a productive receiver in this league, he needs to land on a WCO team with a savvy quarterback who can move the chains, but who need a big play X factor. That isnt us. Depending on how the Lelie gamble works, we need a WR that can beat a press, get open outside and downfield, and win fights for the ball. We could also use an improvement in terms of an all-rounder who can get deep but who also will beat his man for consistent production. Ginn is a long shot to be either of those guys.

who compared him to Moss in his prime?
I didn't say they compared him to that. I said people are hyping him as a deep threat LIKE he was Moss in his prime
examples:
pizzle - His most obvious skill is his ability to strech the field with his speed
GRAVEDIGGER - I believe drafting TG and having VD, both on our team with their amazing talents and speed would only open up the offense and spread the field
6th one coming - Ginn would be a key player in the development of Smith. He has the speed to get the seperation needed to be a big playmaker
BLEEDING RED - Regardless of anything his straight line speed will atleast keep safeties from creeping up to help in the run game
and many more
