This is the stuff Im talking about hes now with postseason workout moving above elite prospects. No one can doubt his skills but he is the hot prospect right now so he gets bump up above where he should be rated. I know its just one site but I still see his name moving up on other boards.

This isn't true for every case, but there are still piles of tapes scouts are in the process of reviewing. NFL teams should have their boards pretty much done, but internet draft sites and the like are still playing catch up. Those guys are also talking with real scouts to get a better feel for the prospects, and adjusting their web pages accordingly.

This one is a bit off, but expect internet sites to continue moving prospects around all the way up until draft day. Some do it (Kiper) to entertain and keep the people that are reading them coming back for the latest versions, and some legitimately are making adjustments for accuracy's sake.
