Sent in Payment Tickets Released for re-assignment?

I had sent a payment for my season ticket renewal. When getting back into the country today I had a letter from the ticket office dated March 20th saying I had not paid and they are releasing my seats for re-assignment. Of course there was some mistake. I have been a season ticket holder since 2000 and my seat prices were just dropped in price to $250 each for the season! I tried calling tonight but they are closed for the evening and I cant leave a message. I am freaking out. These are my prized possession!!!!

The good folks at the ticket office helped me get this straightened out this morning. Woohoo!

Yikes.. I'd call them first thing in the morning. Did you send the payment before the first deadline??? I think the deadline was March 2nd. Hopefully they still have your seats.

A lot of the $25 seats were sold out in February. Did your check get cashed???

Yeah Ill be on the phone with them asap. I sent my payment the first day I got the invoice. I even called to make sure the amount was correct. I cannot imagine them not fixing it.

Paid online or sent a check? The check should of cleared by now unless they never received it in the mail.

Call on tomorrow they should still have your seats. I do not think they give up season tix until after the second payment. If they did raise hell and tell them your situation and they should try to help you. If they do not post what they said and possibly someone here can help you

I am calmer now. i am sure they will understand. I stuck with my team through some slim years!!
