With 2 weeks to go until the draft, the board is kind of boring. Many fans have pre-game or in-game superstitions. I used to always eat from a niner bowl for breakfast before the game. What are some of yours....

I log into my yahoo and NFL fantasy football accounts. Go to the NFL site, open the gamecenters of the games my players are playing then just turn around and surf through the games on TV lol

I get OCD BIG TIME during a game, i start to get all these little quirks, like if im sitting in one spot, then something good happens i wont get up, if im touching a table lets say, when something good happens, and then i get nervous about the game i will touch the table again, i become a complete mental case and I suddenly obtain a severe case of obcessive compulsive disorder, i turn from completely normal into a nut

For home games, be at the stick when the parking lot opens. Get into the stadium about 30 min. before kickoff. When the Niners are on D I have gloves that I have to have on. When we are on O they are in the pocket on the seat cushion. Some of the others like what we have to cook during the tailgate are too many to list. Also if something worked for one game you have to do it tell it dose not work.

Mine is (If I don't go to the game) Is wake up and open my window to let in the cold breeze of the sunday morning. Gotta have the cold if I'm not at the tailgate. Turn my tv up loud, grab some coca cola and start chugging away. Then listen to KNBR pregame show on 1077 the bone. Then throw on 1 of my 2 jerseys, Which would be Vernon Davis or now acquired Nate Clements! :jay: Just before the game I'll bow to my 49er shrine then get ready for the game.
Oh and

wow weird thats wat i do lol i get all the niners stuff out the way and just concentrate on the game and i just noticed it 2 that i dont play madden the day niners play,oh and if i dont come back after the commercials end the niners always have bad offfensive or defesively drives so always race back with drink and chips and a recap on not wearing any niner stuff on gameday the last time i did i wore my young jersey and that day we got whipped 0-40? something by the seahawks and since i dont wear nothing but regular clothes on gameday

hold a 9er ball and stand up bending forward watching the game, never fully sitting during a play only in between plays

pre-game superstition: drink beer, curse the tv screen
in-game superstition: drink beer, curse the tv screen
win or lose: drink beer, curse the tv screen
I know it sounds harsh, but I do it out of love for my team. LOL

Speaking of superstitions heres an interesting one from Uni-Watch
"• Look closely at photos of Super Bowl XXIV and you'll see that the lettering on Joe Montana's nameplate was heavier and thicker than the lettering on his teammates' nameplates. Why? Because Montana, in a good luck move suggested by his wife, was wearing the exact same jersey he'd worn eight years earlier in Super Bowl XVI, and the team's typography style had changed subtly during that time."
I never knew that..

Wow, really interesting fact. I'm not sure if that would fly in today's game, especially with all of the uniform policies.

I wake up and watch all the national pregame shows, like ESPN, Fox, and CBS. Then, I make the final adjustments to my fantasy football teams on yahoo. Following that, I throw on whichever 49er jersey that entices me, and watch the games that precede the niner game, until the 49er game starts, then I do not switch over during any in-game action.

Everything I do that involves numbers, has to add up to 9 or a multiple of 9.

If you want niners to win, you want them to lose. It's simple thinking. That way you're not upset when they lose.
