ANTHONY GONZALES:

Can someone please tell me a little bit about this guy. I saw him run in the 4.4's at the Combine, other than that I don't know too much about him. I was just wondering because I saw they had Miami taking him in a couple mocks.

He lives in a bubble.

While I'm not the best scouter on this board and watch considerably less college football then alot on this board I have seen some of Anthony Gonzales. I would compare Gonzales to Wes Welker: Tough guy, big heart, goes over the middle, possession receiver, etc. You look like a Dolphins fan so you should be pretty familiar with him.

Think of a Kevin Curtis type WR who isn't scared to go over the middle

real good route runner, IMO the best in the draft, and has reliable hands. at Ohio St he was the QB on the field not Troy Smith. it was said that players even Troy Smith would ask Gonzalez what people were doing on certain plays in the huddle. he is a high character guy with all the intangibles you want. people hate to hear the story because it's been told so much but he even sleeps on campus in the hyperbearic chamber or whatever it is called during the season to heal his muscles faster.

he is your classic team guy who every team loves. he probably never becomes a top WR despite all the tools but at the very least could become an excellent slot WR. he compares to me to Marvin Harrison.

Thanks
