I don't think they have one on the official site, has something to do with most Raider fans not knowing how to read.

In response on who had the best offseason in regards of upgrading their quarterback situation, Don Banks says:
"But Oakland is our easy choice for top honors, with both JaMarcus Russell and Josh McCown coming aboard on draft weekend. That's your starter and backup in some order for 2007, even if Andrew Walter probably still figures into that depth chart as well. Shoot, technically speaking, the Raiders might have clinched most improved on the day they released Aaron Brooks."
