O-line. Thats what hurt them last year. And when I mean hurt, I mean Andrew Walter is lucky to be alive. So what did they do this offseason to improve the front 5? Oh yea, nothing... Sorry Oakland, maybe next next year.

EDIT: I'm not a Raider Basher. I don't like them or dislike them.

Yea I am sur[prised that they havent done much to improve the oline, I think they used one late round pick on a tackle and they signed J-Newberry but he probly wont even make it through camp for them....poor JaMarcus....NOT.

I disagree a major factor of the O line problems was the lack of running game, DL's disregarded any rushing looks and went straight for the QB, this year I think it wont be nearly as putrid a line. though I do still think they will be in the lower parts of the draft, that defense is going to be scary good this year.

From what I've heard, it may be a thing that Art Shell implied. He may have changed the way the offensive line played to his liking. If that's the case, I'm not sure why he didn't just have the players do what they were used to once they started losing games.

Regardless, I have a feeling that the Raiders offensive line will perform a little better than last year.

i actually thinnk mike williams will have a chance to do better in oakland just because he's reunited with his college coach where he had the most success.

doesnt mean he'll be able to succeed against nfl players, but jes that at least he'll be motivated to play

I agree.

Walters could have been a decent QB, but he was taking sacks so often any confidence he may have had was shot.

Another QB isn't going to change that.

They drafted Mario Henderson in the 3rd, who has LT potential in this league.

There's talent on that o-line...they just need to play up to potential, which is easier said than done, but certainly possible.
