These guys are slated to call the games for NFL Network starting in Nov... Ugh! Collinsowrth is cool, but Gumbel is gonna be hard to listen to for an entire game.

Funny story about collinsworth and his goofy neck and head...

We bought a widescreen tv, and we didn't have the alignment set up right at first, so people looked too short. I figured out how to adjust it and we were watching pregame show. Collinsworth comes on, and my wife yells "you need to fix the screen, everything is stretched out." I come in and say "No that's the way that guy really looks" Now she cracks up whenever we watch inside the NFL.

Gumbel talks too **** slow for play by play. And he always has that irritating, intorspective or constipated look on his face when he talks! I hope the games are at least broadcast in HD. I'll just turn down the volume and watch the crisp detailed game.

Collinsworth sucks, he hates the niners, and doesn't try to hide that fact. He has NO original thought in his head and if it wasn't for his writers, he'd be mowing Dan Marino's lawn for a living.

Definitely. And, it was him, while his team mates were celebrating prematurely, who told them #16 could still win the game. The last nice thing he said about the Niners.
