Doubt it, considering these two files are stored directly on the Gametrailers website (not on another server) and have been downloaded by over 47,000 people and you're the only to complain about a virus.

If they had viruses' in them, more then one person would have complained about being infected (I highly doubt all but one of the 47,000 people who viewed these videos were using Linux or OS X).
