Or buy the extended service plan and get a new one in a week.

Ohhhh just wait my young grass hopper, you too will experience the joy of a gaming system crapping out on you too. Supposedly they are having the same problems as the last first issued PS2's and the laser alignment.

I bought a wireless adapter for my X-box and it did not work, so I had to send it in. This is where the nightmare began..

April 02,2007 told it would three to five days

April08, 2007 called x-box told is was ship priority on 04,2007 gave tracking number for USPS, Called USPS and found it was an invalid tracking number

April 10, 2007 called x-box agian and was told it was shipped on 08th???
Oh and they gave the the same invalid tracking number, called USPS agian and actually spoke to Postmater, he checked for any packages that were coming into my subdivision, nope

april 12,2007 called agian told oh the tracking number is batch number for MS tracking of shipments picked up and it would be shipped on the 13th

April18th called tols unit was shipped on the 13th and give the tracking number and yep it was the same old BATCH number they gave me the last five times.

22 April asked to speak to supervisor, and was told I was speking to the highest person that WOULD speak to me... I love OUTSOURCED CUSTOMER SUPPORT. and was told it would be three weeks befor i recived my product.


april23 Call MS headquarters, recived E-mail address of SR. VP of customer relations, sent email with all the BS i have been thru.

April24 recived a call from someone in HQ asking for explanation.

April26 recived an e-mail saying they were going to ship another one

April 27 got a call agian from HQ asking if I recived it?\

May 05 I recived a new wireless adapter.


Not a plesant experance, never agian, I will use Extended warrantys from now on!!!!!

I've already had the DVD drive crap out on my 360, sent the old one in and got a new one in a week. But ya that doesnt suprise me what you went through with the first xbox i had many problems that MS neglected untill I harassed them.

or buy a ps3 and not worry about it crapping out on you :)They aren't being reported because everybody is tired of playing Resistance. Therefore PS3's aren't being played on as much the 360.:nana: When they get better games then you'll see them screw up too.
