I've been using cbs.sportsline.com for the last couple years.......they are definitely legit, but they take a hefty fee like all the others. If you win, you'll get a tax form at the end of the year, so you'll have to pay taxes on your winnings if you do win over $400.

IIRC, it was $29 per team / $150 winner for gold leagues.....$99 per team / $600 winner for platinum leagues. They also had diamond leagues at $250 per team / $1500 to the winner, I think - but I never played above plat.
