Someone offered me two trades today...

The first one was Julius Jones for TJ Houshmanzadeh and the second one was Ladell Betts for TJ Houshmanzadeh.

The only reason I'm even entertaining this trade is because as you can see in the roster I posted earlier my RB depth isn't as good as I'd like.

What should I do?

NOOOOO WAY!

You dont trade a second tier WR for 4th and 5th tier HB's IMO.

well parcells loved to use barber for goaline situations, but i dont know about garrett/phillips. RBs are always guaranteed more fantasy points than recievers, but i wouldnt do the trade.

you would be crazy to do that. you could get better value for T.J. he could be their as good as chad johnson, fantasy wise.

Don't even think about it. You're trading away a bonafide number two receiver for a couple of guys who will be platoon backs at best or riding the bench at worst. Seriously, hit the reject button as fast as you can.

I agree with everyone so far. Do not do that trade. Your receivers are great. You have Williams and Foster on your bench which is fine so there is no need for Jones or Betts. Like it was stated earlier, they are asking you to give up a top 10-15 receiver for back-up rb's. NO WAY.

Im thinking the same..........

TJ is a very good WR and its just a matter of time before Marion becomes the starter plus hes the goalline back. Betts is a good player but I dont think he'll score more than 3 or 4 times, if that, all year. If Portis goes down Betts becomes a good asset but you cant make the trade banking on Portis getting injured.

I rejected the trades. Thanks guys.

I knew it was a bad trade, but I'm just worried about my RB depth so that's why I'm kinda in panic mode about my team.

I rejected the trades.

Smart move.

Houshman is Palmer's first look in the red-zone, and is almost a lock for 10+ TDs, Juice is about to lose his starting job, and Betts isn't going to get you half the points T.J. will.
