I always use the franchise mode on madden and when the draft comes around I look for a RB with good speed and hands and I convert them in to WR's or TE's, and sometimes ill convet a fast LB in to a SS or FS, and fast DE's to MLB(it dosent let u put them as a olb) it takes about a season or 2 untill they become good/great. and Tackels ratings are better if u move them to G or C, as well as a TE is better as a FB and MLB is better as a olb.
The one thing that dosent make sence to me is when I draft a guy with 4.26 or 4.38 40 times and when I sign them their speed is 89,90. whats the best way to tell if a guy has 95 and up speed?
