HOF or Great player(49ers of course)
I was wondering if I was the only one who likes the great player more then the HOF player. :question:
Lets take Rice and BY for example. Rice is a 49er but other nfl fans respect him just as much as we do. If your in a room talking football and Rice names comes up majority if not all will have something to say about his greatness. So as a 49er fan we dont get to claim him as only ours. BY on the other hand means more to a true 49ers fan then he does to those same football fans who respect Rice. Some peeps might not even know who he is so u get to tell them how great he was for your team and know that he is only claimed by 49ers fans. Lovem both but I get a lil more excitement out of BY then Rice.
