Fantasy FB - How to play?

I know it seems crazy, but as long as I've followed FB and as much as I love the sport - I've NEVER played Fantasy FB! :tomato:

So, how do you play? How can I get involved? Why do people back out mid-season? (I've read a lot about that).

A LITTLE addicting? That's the understatement of the year. Many jobs have been lost because of it.
