Met Alex Smith and Nolan at martial arts fights in San Jose

I was at the martial arts fights in San Jose in June and Nolan and wife were there sitting at ringside.

After the fights ended, Alex smith and a gorgeous tall blonde along with Jeff Ulbrich and Jim Hostler went down to ringside to hang out with Nolan.

I talked to Alex Smith for about 5 minutes about football and he told me we are going to the playoffs this year! He said he was excited about the season and the new WRs. ALex is very tall. very nice guy... My friend took a pic with him and Nolan.
Hostler , i did not talk to him, he wore a 49ers hat and was with his son. He is a short man.

thats cool... the funny thing is when my friend thought he was a fighter. I looked at SMith and he was so tall and looked very familiar. Then i realized it was not a fighter but the 49ers qb haha!

thats hella coo u met him and he is soo confident about the season and the fact that he wants us to get into the playoffs and is saying that WE WILL GET INTO THE PLAYOFFS.. thats the biggest thing.. and im glad he is thinkin this way, and i do hope it comes true, im very hopefull for it to happen.. thanks for sharing!

I know that some 49er players are into MMA and I also remember Nolan bringing in "Iceman" Liddell as a guest speaker in one of last year's game's, but is Nolan really into that stuff? If he is, that's pretty cool

Yes I have a picture of Alex's blonde i think... only from the back though. Let me look for it.

Nolan must be into this stuff... he was at ringside!!!! It was funny when the stupid usher tried to kick Alex and friends from ringside because they didn't belong there. thats Alex SMith 49ers qb!!! ushers are a pain.

Yes, he was very confident. He said that the team was 8 deep in WRs lol. I asked him about Marcus Maxwell and he said that Maxwell was like TO and built like him. He said he was telling the coaches to get him on the roster but they cut him lol.
He was excited about Ashley and D Jack as well. I was not a big fan of him until I met him but now I'm rooting for him to do well.

Since it was a mixed martial arts event, no one really recognized them but me and my friend. Jay Glazer was there too and he was talking to Nolan.

Yeah I heard that Ulbrich is into MMA actually. Can't remember where I heard that, on the radio or something.
