Hi
I have a son that is battling cancer and his dream is to attend a 49er's game. The problem is his age most agency help children. My son is 27 and been told that there is nothing else they can do for him. I have him home and taking care of him with the wonderful help of Hospice. My son has been a 49er fan since he was 8yrs old. If anyone knows how to get in touch with someone that might know how to get his dream to come true would surely be appreciated. Thanks for any help.
