i think the ratings that the 49ers get are B.S!!!! We never get any respect from big names like these or espn! they just all look at the niners negatively

how could anyone even consider these rankings this year, i didn't even get past the Bears overall defense before i knew it was wrong. the Bears had one of the best defenses of all-time last year so they wuld obviously have a much higher ranking, atleast 95+
Thats the same rank they gave the bears last year so I'm going with these are for 2005.

thats exactly why i said how could anyone consider these rankings from this year. one of the best defenses of all-time and they don't get a rating even in the 80's, you know this years Madden will have their overall defense at 95-99
Not to mention the Pats and Eagles are the highest rated.

Are you sure these ratings aren't from madden '06 ? A lot of these ratings make no sense, they also gave Buffalo a defense in the 90's, and they were crap last year, even though they had players.
