I haven't benched him all year, but he hasn't scored a TD since week 2 and has been limited in practice all week long.
I have Thomas Jones and Clinton Portis on my bench right now, Marion Barber III is my other starter.

I'd probaby start Portis over Gore. Gore's hurt and the Jets are awful.

With two able bodied (and very good) fantasy backs on your bench you dont even think about starting frank, and should not have been for weeks.
Start portis every week untill the SF offense proves to be even average.

Matt Maiocco reported that Nolan has doubts that Frank is healthy enough to play. I think he will just have a couple of carries before they pull him. Sit him

Sit Gore, start Portis. If Gore plays at all, he isn't likely to be productive. Meanwhile, the Jets won't have their best LB (Vilma) and Joe Gibbs is slowly realizing that Portis is best outside the tackles, so Portis could have a decent day.
