If you're playin in yahoo's fantasy football, and plan on drafting Vernon Davis with one of your last picks I suggest you give yourself plenty of time to find him. He's way down at projected 1378. I couldn't even find him quick enough to draft him with my last draft pick, so I had to pick him up as a FA after the draft and drop the no-name I picked up cause I noticed I had 5 seconds left ;)

So add him to your queue after one of your picks so you have plenty of time to find him. No respect I tell ya! 1378?

I certainly would not draft him high but what kind of league are you in where he goes undrafted?

Yeah I know, I was going to pick him in the middle to late rounds but when I went to look for him I couldn't find him and panicked and picked a player that I ended up dropping anyway. I still got The Duke later but I was pissed at the time.

i just started in a dynasty league where you have 7 keepers at the end of the season and he went in the 6th round. I was pissed cause i thought i would steal him later in the draft.

I've been doing practice drafts on mock draft central...and VD is getting drafted earlier then I expected....well before the final rounds, although I forget the exact rounds he gets picked up.

Someone stole him with the pick right before mine in the 10th round. But i still have Tony G at TE anyways. I tried to trade for VD but the guy wont trade him.

People probably can't find him in Yahoo leagues lol. In my first one I couldn't find him and he went undrafted and I got him after. In the 2nd one I got him with the 6th to last pick in the draft.

I dunno, then again in one of the leagues they picked Eli Manning with the 13th pick in the draft... :nolisten:

I might be getting 2 first place finishes this year in my leagues :ok:

12 team league that constitutes first pick of the 2nd round and in yahoo i believe 12 teams is the most you can do.


i've carried Eli both years of his career. 1st year i didn't have to play him. Last year i played him cause he did have a few good games especially early on...even with a 4 td performance....knock him all you want you won't lose a FF game becuase of Eli at all...

I'm not knocking him at all, but's absolutely absurd to take him in the first pick of the 2nd round. Not that he won't produce, or any of that. Why pay a 2nd round price for a player you can EASILY get in the 4th? Or at worst, the 3rd.

Eli's a good QB, he has potential to be a great one. But overpaying is just silly.
