Does anyone know what is going on with 49erswebzone.com?

I have about given up on 49erswebzone. It is always a crap shoot to see if that stupid page would load.

Pretty soon they are going to find themselves outside the circle of trust.
See my random thought of the day quote above.

I have no idea what's wrong with their stupid site. It's a good spot to snipe the latest news but right now their accessability to their site blows.

Yeah I am about this close to being over it! :pullhair: It sucks though because they were a very informative website.

From what I've heard from other regular visitors is that they are unable to access it at times. What is happing is a server issue. Certain IP ranges are unable to access it because they cannot find it. I've helped a few people setup a proxy and all of the sudden they could access it again. I've asked David Bonilla(webmaster) about it, as of now he hasn't responded. I had the same issue several months back and I had to change hosts to fix the problem.

Okay, here's the official story as I was told by their webmaster. Their host has had a series of hacker attacks and has banned several IP ranges to protect themselves.

What this means is people who fall into those IP ranges cannot access the site at all. Not because of anything they did, they were just unfortunate to land in a banned IP range.

If anyone wants to access it, they can via a proxy. If you need help setting up a proxy I can help you out with that, just PM me.
