If the Broncos D can manage the titans run game, the broncos will win.
If Champ & Dre play like they have in past years they can potentially embarass Vince Young on national television.
I see lendale white and the titans dominating the ground and the clock.

Tennessee's not that boring of a team.. It's interesting to watch Vince Young and hear all the people make excuses for why he sucks. Other than that, their defensive team is pretty good to watch.. Bullocks is a beast, and Haynesworth's playin like a man possessed.
Always good to watch young qb's play and see how they react under pressure on a big stage.. Should be an enjoyable game.. Must win game for both teams.. I'm actually into it

Not really. He can pass. Vick could not.

So why do all the Madden-ites look at me like i'm retarded when I say to them how overrated Vince Young is?
Because people are dumb and believe what the media tells them.
My reasoning for liking VY has to do with the intangibles he shows, things like poise, confidence, pocket presence, he hardly ever gets sacked, which actually has nothing to do with his running ability since Vick got sacked all the time. And while he does stupid things (like most young QB's, albeit more then most) he also often does things that make you go "Holy ****, this guy is going to be good."

true.. i'm just sayin'.. u gotta 27-10 lead and are gettin the ball back against a defense that hasn't been able to stop you and then all of a sudden you give the ball up right back to them, that's pretty much the biggest turnin' point in this game right now.. it was on route to a rout

Vick was actually a RB who played QB. VY at least tries to improve as a QB. He doesn't write off watching game film and doesnt just take off on every play for the hell of it. He'll actually stand in the pocket and try to make plays with his arm. When Vick did throw it, he usually overthrew his receivers by about 10 yards.

Carr wasn't Kubiak's guy. how long was Carr in Houston under Kubiak? 1 season? the damage is done and Carr was shot before Kubiak came along, no going back.
all i'm saying is Alex was successful in a spread offense making quick decisions with multiple options. why coaches are so stubborn and have to mold every players is retarded. sometimes a guy is what he is and isn't going to change.
nothing in SF has been done to utilize alex strengths. if all he was brought in here to do was to build a monster o-line and run the ball then why not draft a 3rd or 4th rounder to be your guy.
our offensive philosophy is flat out retarded in the direction they want Alex. they dont want him to blossom, they want him to not screw up.
That's a great point. I really question the competency of this coaching/scouting staff, why did they even draft him if they weren't going to put him in to a spread offense. They could have drafted Aaron Roger(oh god no) or some later round qb(like you said) for that type of system. It's not like a spread/shotgun offense is restricted to just the college level, the patriots run it all the time. It was very clear what Smiths strengths were, we're clearly not playing him to them, whereas the titans and broncos molded their offenses to their qb's strength. I'm getting so frustrated with all of this incompetence.
