I think we might be having a misunderstanding about Joey. I don't have any problems w/Joey. In fact, I support him. His OL sucks!! Not only that, but they weren't protecting him at all. I think Bobby Petrino treated Joey like dirt, and you certainly don't demote a starter w/o telling him first. There were some games where Joey wasn't amazing, but there were other games when he was doing alright. He had to put up w/a media blitz surrounding Michael Vick, and that would stress anyone out. The Falcons wide receivers couldn't hold on to anything he threw at them......My comment about Joey's intimidation factor was simply that on the field he's not an intimidating personality. I'm sorry you misunderstood.

too bad you cant get any REAL posts. But I like this

If I had to pick one player I would hate to play against it would be Urlacher.
He is just all over the field. Freeny is another one but at least you can attempt to run to the right side to avoid him.

But Ursmacker is just that good where no matter where the ball is you will always see him on the play or he would have made the play.

On Offense, Peyton Manning.... he just knows where the entire Defense is going to be. He gets rid of the ball so fast with his release its hard to get to him. You can rattle him but he still always finds a way to convert 3rd downs.

Just my opinion.

What about Ray Lewis, he might stab you.

Anyway, I'd be more worried about Safeties or LBs cause they can be all over the field while most Dlinemen stay at the line (will only make plays in the backfield) and one could always, Double team (Triple team?) them.

Double-team him and pray your OL can handle the rest of.

My homeboy played at Syracuse the last couple years, and he said Freeney would stop by and lift with them in the summers; said dude was cut-up the way you'd expect a DB to be.

Me, personally ? I wouldn't get a lick of sleep knowing Belichek's got my plays the next day...

ill make a top 10 list...

10/ Devin Hester. You cant gameplan for him. Your best chance is kicking the ball outta bounds & giving it to the Bears at midfield since their offense is so horrendous.

9/ Patrick Willis. When a linebacker tracks down reciever 80 yards down field after the reciever began with a 10-12 yard gap. Your in some deep ****.

8/ Barry Sanders. if you've ever tried catching a mouse, id imagine its pretty similar.

7/ Earl Campbell. Id rather run around all day tryin to catch a mouth then stand infront of a bus & try to stop it. tryna catch a mouse is frustrating, tryna stop a bus us frustrationg & painful.

6/ Joe Montana. Nobody could ever lead a 4th quarter drive like him. nobody. Not even Tom Brady :towel:

5/ Ronnie Lott. if a man cut his own finger off, id imagine he'd be tryna cut my head off out there on the field.

4/ Peyton Manning. I hate chess. it confuses the **** outta me.

3/ Dwight Freeney. Ive all world left tackles on this man and he's just unblockable. its mind blowing to me how a guy so small can dominate such big men.

2/ Ray Lewis. Like i said, i hate chess but thank god Chess isnt a contact sport.

1/ Sean Taylor. I seen that man hit people and make them bend ways the body isnt supposed to. i dont think he ever made a cheap tackle in his life. I love the way he'd sacrafice 15 yards and a fine just to make sure Terrell Owens was in check.

With all due respect to the dearly departed...but Sean Taylor over Ronnie Lott? You ever see Lott play?

There have been and are plenty of mean, nasty, scary guys in the NFL. But I have never heard of any NFL player, past or present, who inspired the same level of raw panic FEAR in opponents as Mean Joe Greene. Offensive players, grown men, literally cried in the locker room before games against him...

did you ever see taylor play? Lott maxamized his potential, taylor didnt yet he would have just as many big hits on a highlight tape as lot would. I know Sean Taylor was another Ronnie Lott and not vice versa but Taylor hit harder IMO.

yeah im a niners fan and imma take heat for that one but i seen Taylor blow people up the way nobody else could.

Taylor was good bro but....Lott is on a whole different Level. Taylor unfortunatly will never know. Lott was the most feared saftey in the League.
Taylor really is no different then John Lynch. He could have gotten better but due to the circumstances we'll never know.

Just because Sean Taylor is dead, dont make more of him than he actually was. At any given time he was never even close to being the best safety in the league. John Lynch, Ed Reed, Adrian Wilson, Bob Sanders, Rodney Harrison and Darren Sharper, are all much better than Sean was.

You want real hitting safeties, go hero worship Dennis Smith and Steve At.water (filter kills Steves name)

You want real hitting safeties, go hero worship Dennis Smith and Steve At.water (filter kills Steves name) At the time of Taylor's death, he had already surpassed Rodney Harrison and Darren Sharper in terms of ability and potential. And Ed Reed is one of the most overrated DBs in the game, the guy freelances all the time to make picks while leaving Samari Rolle or Dawan Landry to get toasted. He's not a bad FS, but he's not nearly the phenom people make him out to be just because when he does get picks he can take them to the house. Put a front 7 like he has in front of a lot of ball hawk safeties and they'll make just as many big plays, especially Taylor.
