Does anyone know any ROLB that could replace slow azz Tully Banta Cain? I know Quentin Groves (who I love, look at the link below he is compared to Demarcus Ware and Shawne Merriman) and Vernon Gholston. I have also heard of Derrick Harvey, but he actually could play 4-3 better.

For the d-line I have heard of Pat Sims and Balmer, Ellis, but I like Ahtyba Rubin as our 3rd or 4th round pick. He sounds perfect fro the 3-4 NT posistion from this...

He doesn't make plays, but he takes on the double team, perfect, the NT is supposed to take up space and and take on two o-linemen, leaving space for playmaking LBs to blitz through freely (Lawson, Willis, and Groves?)

Make sure to look at the analysis part too, not just the overview, just to make sure that you guys can see the NFL comparisons and their strengths and weaknesses.

I couldn't imagine a pass rush of Lawson and Willis, and even possibly Groves, with a NT like Ahtyba Rubin holding up two o linemen.

Sims + Groves = Sacks

Haven't heard much of Rubin though...

I want Groves so desperately. He alone will make our defense insane. Putting Ahtyba Rubin in the middle would make it even more so. I really want both of those players.

Our LBs would be amazing if we had ...

Does anybody know what round Kendall Langford is projected to go, at first he was a 6th round pick, but I think his stock has gone up quite a bit, not sure though. He would be the perfect 3-4 DE...

This analysis on him almost makes me think he could go as high as the 3rd round at least. Compares to Ty Warren of the NE Pats, they also run the 3-4 defense, and they have the best 3-4 D-line in the NFL.

I'm in the minority here, but I like Parys Haralson's potential a lot. And I strongly believe that all our pass rush needs, is a stronger D-Line.

I'm really really big on Ahytba Rubin. I'm with you on haralson I think he'll be a very good OLB. D-line O-line help.

Is Harylson fast enough to play ROLB, I think he is a great backup for depth at LOLB, but I don't think he is starter material.

In the combine he ran a 4.8 40. Most TE's run in the 4.6-4.7 range. If, an OLB can't drop and cover as well as rush or stuff the run, it reduces the effectiveness of the 3-4 scheme.

That is what I thought, which is why Harylson is not the answer, the answer should be a tweener like Groves, who runs a 4.4 40 not a 4.8. I would love to play Madden with Lawson Willis and Groves, their speed ratings would be so high, I love to blitz Willis and Lawson, but I couldn't imagine having another fast OLB to blitz with, but beside that, Groves would be what Demarcus Ware is for the Cowboys is for us. Fast can of whoop *** on the QB, the reason why Groves didn't play as good, adn his stock has fallen was because he had FOUR broken toes, which slowed him down, and he still did well, playing at OLB posistion in a 3-4 in college (due to the injury they moved him from DE in 4-3 and put him in the 3-4 as an OLB)

I would hate to be an opposing QB against us if we had both Groves and a NT that could take on two o-linemen, all they wouls see is...
