Tampa has reportedly released both of the LDE's; Kevin Carter and Greg Spires.

They now have $44 million in cap space and they are rumored to make a run for Asante. With the kind of cap space and nobody at the LDE position; I have a feeling that they will make a big run at Justin Smith too. Just a theory. What do you think?
