Kris Jenkins Trade

Reports have come out that the Panthers have given Kris Jenkins permission to seek a trade. Does anyone think that Kris Jenkins would be a good pickup for us via trade?

I'll take jenkins for a 5th. He's an all-pro caliber DT when he's running on all cylinders, but that's a big if. I think he'll definitely improve our DL though so a 5th is more than worth it.

I'd rather see us make an attempt at a guy like Drayton Florence out of San Diego.

It's hard to have two lockdown corners on the same roster for a long period of time. But Florence is young and responded well in 06 with a big season. He's only got 5 years on him and Cromartie would just about take anyones spot at this point.

Vilma is rumored to go to Detroit, but we will see.
