I really am sorry. There are too many already but I feel the need. I just watched an NFLN special on free agents and I thought some nice ideas while looking at them.

- Clark Haggans; They said he's a sleeper. They said he's a good pass rushing specialist middle linebacker in a 3-4 system. Sound good? I don't know much about him but sounds awfully nice to me. Maybe better than Briggs.

- Keenan McCardell: Why isn't anyone talking about him? He's not bad, is he? Shouldn't we take anyone

- Jabaar Gafney: There's an awful lot of Patriot's wide receiver's we could take. He reminds me of Ashley Lelie though.

- Donte Stallworth: I guess you guys say he's overr.ated though. We need a deep threat though.

- Rod Coleman: He's a big fatty. That's it.

- Calvin Pace: Nice pass rush.

- And the other obvious ones that have been discussed a billion times.

- Oh, and I remember hearing Adam Schefter say that Kwame Harris would be a sleeper offensive lineman. :D Wow.

I know, they're stupid ideas. Just spoutin' out ideas. I like Haggans though. What do you guys think?

Haggans is an OLB. A very mediocre one too. Put anyone in the Steelers linebacking core and they will look fine. **** Lebeau is a genius, an absolute master of scheme and strategy. Sadly, Haggans is just another product of the system to go along with Joey Porter and Kendrell Bell.

McCardell will be retired. For very, very, very good reasons.

Gaffney is a product of Tom Brady. He couldn't stay on any team. When I saw Jabar doing decently, it was a strong indication to me how good Tom Brady really was.

Stallworth is good for about half of a season. The other half, he's good for supplying gatorade on the bench.

Hey man don't take it personally...there are just so many other threads to discuss this stuff in. All making another thread does is cause more and more stuff to get lost. Consolidation is key!

Don't delete something that provides conversation. Even though it is a lot of what has already been discussed, there are plenty of people on this board that have other things to do that don't read every topic, every day. Better to put out something you want to discuss.
