According to sources close to Hashmarks, the Cowboys spent some time talking about Boldin last week at Valley Ranch. It wouldn't surprise me if they reached out to the Cardinals at some point. Dallas needs someone other than Patrick Crayton to play opposite of Terrell Owens, and Boldin would certainly be worth a No. 1 pick. I'm not saying this is going to happen, but it's something you should keep an eye on.

TO and Boldin? Now thats downright scary.
Doubt it will happen with that team but.........wooooow.

I wish we were a team that actually went out and traded for players that would help us extremely like Boldin.

I will throw my computer out the window if this happens. That duo would be outright the best in the league by far. Two very physical receivers with the ability to take any catch to the house. Please football gods, DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. I will hate Dallas even more than I already do. I really like Boldin.

I saw Jerry Jones in an interview last night. He is the owner of the Dallas Desperados (AFL) and they asked him some Cowboys questions. They brought up if the rumors were true about them going after Moss and he said no but they are very interested in getting a big time WR on the other side of TO.

He had little twinkle in his eye when he was talking about it. It would not surprise me to find out they have some guys targeted. Boldin, maybe Chad Johnson... who knows what trade they may come up with up to draft day.

Boldin is one of my favorite receivers in the league. I love his style. If he and T.O. were paired up... yikes... Imagine the DBs having to cover those two beasts and then have to help out in run support vs. Marion Barber.

With 2 first rounders they can make a big move. I have a bad feeling Arizona would jump at the chance seeing as how there is NO WAY they can afford to give Boldin, Fitz type money as well. There isn't a secondary in this league that would be able to match up with those two beasts.

would'nt work as TO would get upset by not getting the ball in the big plays and if Boldin made him look bad think what would happen? now that I think about it maybe this would be good after all, surelly Moss would NOT have came there in the first place as TO would've whupped up on him.lol

Why are the Cowboys so intent on getting another #1 receiver? TO isn't going to be able to co-exist with another receiver stealing his spotlight. They need a complimentary #2, not another superstar.

This is total hearsay and will never happen. The Cardinals are dumb, but not that dumb.

I doubt it would happen, but it would be flat out scary.

I understand talent wise this makes NO sense but money wise they could free up some nice cash. How can they afford to sign Boldin to a Fitz type contract?

Seriously, Boldin is under contract for another 3 years. Does Rosenhaus really think he can stir up a trade by saying he feels underpaid? Sorry Boldin, you're going to have to wait at least another year to get your pay day.

Doesn't mean Romo can win in the postseason, hahaha.

Boldin is easily worth both of the Boys first rounders, pick 22 from CLE and their own pick at 29.

Well his agent could talk him into holding out seeing as how he is getting paid less then a guy like Bernard Berrian.

I'm not one to say we should go after a particular guy but Boldin is EXACTLY the kind of guy you give up your first rounder for.

Don't worry, their QB will still choke when it counts. That should put a smile on your face.

If they get boldin that would suck for everyone else they're going to play... They'd be like the pats last year trying to buy the SB. Boldin for one of their 1st round picks definitely isn't too far fetched, I can actually see it happening.

I hate the cowboys more than anything in the world. But after thinking about them getting Boldin I hope it does happen. T.O. is a nutjob and adding Boldin would only set him off someway. He would be thrilled at first but then he would realize that his "quarterback" is servicing another "receiver" He would cry and his chin would quiver then he would explode. Turmoil would follow and the Dallas empire would crumble to ashes!!

he's already said he isn't going to hold out.

Cardinals simply don't have the money to pay him what he wants right now and they have no reason to trade him. Sucks, but that's why you put incentives into your deal.

I do love this kid's attitude. He wants to play which is great. Of course his agent is the one pushing this entire thing because he wants more money. Believe me, I do not think this deal has really been mentioned. I'm just saying there is a chance, as small as it might be that something like this could happen.
