The guy is on the trading block, plays LB in the 3/4, we have already made one trade w/SD. Seems like with all the talk about a RB with the #22 pick this could be worth our 3rd RD pick ????

he will most likely be part of the june 1st cuts, so why not wait until then.

so then why will he most likely be cut?
so then why will he most likely be cut?
cause its prolly their douche of a GM AJ Smith's choice.
i'd love to get donnie on this team, if he ends up being a june.1 cut for the right price.

Keep in mind signing Edwards would mean benching either Ulbrich or Smith who are key players on the defense as well as being highly payed.

one of the 3 can play OLB not to mention Donnies Edwards is night and day above the ability of smith and ulbrich.
No, none of those guys care capable of playing OLB in the 3-4 since none of them are strong pass rushers.

He's an 11 year veteran in his contract year. Both he and Godfrey are up there in age, while the rest of the D is young. I suppose they want to try to cash in and get something for him (and Godfrey, I'm sure I've seen rumours about him being av too) before age takes over.
After all, they let Seau go about the same sort of time in his career.

no question about it..there should be any argument there. Smith isn't even close to that caliber of player.
Lok their both very talented and i think if we pick him up i would said he would play strongside linebacker. I dont trust in Moore Talent yet
