I think verenon Gholston will have the biggest impact. He will be a sick 3-4 OLB and a pass rusher. I can see him getting 8 sacks or more. The jets will have a better Defense and it seems like they got ALOT better. I see them making the playoffs.

ryan, he'll make the biggest impact in terms of making atlanta lose

Hard to say, because there so many O-line players taken, and an offensive lineman's "impact" is hard to measure, and it's easy to notice when they fail.
So it's tempting to go with Dorsey with the Cheifs. Especially since he'll be going against the weak Oakland O-line twice; he could potentially get double digit sacks against them alone.

They don't need Ryan's help for that, they already suck.
J-Long.
The same impact that Joe Thomas had on the Browns last year. That's my bet. :tung:

They're not the same type of OTs. Long is more of a run blocker than a pass protector.

You could really go a number of ways. RBs are one of the safest picks as far as making rookie impacts, but I'll stick to LB and say Gholston. I think he'll get 8-10 sacks.

I will go for Mayo.
He will have a first year a little like Willis. Not as good but Very solid.

I'm with you on that one. I think Mayo is going to be extremely solid for the pats. I think both he and Shawne Crable are going to make meaningful impacts on their D this year.

Mayo, but both Longs, Dorsey and Stewart (if fit) will also make a difference.

Didn't say that. But if the QB play in Miami improves steadily, you can thank JakeL for that... in part, at least. But you can.

I also think Kenny Phillips is gonna have a good year. He can be a play maker in that secondary and that NYG pass rush will make him look alot better. I think he's gonna fit in well and be a nasty safety.

What I think the overall issue is here is that Jake Long isn't close to the prospect Joe Thomas was.

Offense Kevin Smith
Defense Curtis Lofton
Stewart though imo will have the greatest impact on his team but the stats wont be what Smith will be.

1a Rivers (CIN)
1b Ellis (NO)
Both Ds were so bad last year, it'll be easy to notice the difference.

Stewart makes the Panthers pretty dangerous so I voted for him.

Gholston or Mcfadden????
I want to say Mcfadden but I think Russell is absolute garbage.. They got him a ton of weapons for this year and I think Mcfadden will have a good year, IF Russell can get teams to get the 8th guy out of the box....

I voted Stewart. He can make that offense work, and help take the pressure off of Smith.

DRC... he should start right away and be real good in coverage. He wont win rook of the year but he'll have the biggest impact.

I think he's very overrated. I think he's gonna be a bust. He's a d2 player who sucks at tackling and run coverage. He's soft and raw, he never faced this type of competition.
