Has anybody here ever been to one of these games, specifically in Dallas??I am planning on going with a couple of friends but I wanted to know if Cowboy fans are as hostile to opposing fans as other team fans are. I'll be rocking my P-Will jersey and will be loud and obnoxious every time that the 49ers do something good. Should I expect to get beer thrown at me??

if you're only doing it when the niners do something good history has shown us that you won't be in much trouble...

Yes. I went to a 49er/Dallas game at the stick in the early 80's. I went to the game in a car with 5 Dallas fans, and all I heard all the way down was how Dallas was going to kick their butt. The Final score was 49ers 45-Dallas14. Needless to say it was a quiet ride back except for me yelling out the window at all the other 9er fans. All I heard from them was shutup.

I've heard they can be annoying as hell but nothing serious to worry about. I wouldnt personally know though.

They are almost as bad as Boston fans but not as violent as Oakland fans

I went to the Niners/Cowboys game in Dec. of 2003. It was a great game and the Niners pulled it off in the last seconds with a Garcia to Owens TD. I was all Ninered out and I didn't have any problems with any of the Cowboy fans.

This year I'm going to the Saints/Niners and Dolphins/Niners.

Last year I got married and for our Honeymoon my wife got us tickets to the Niners/Rams game which was heartbreaking.

I'm from Miami so I know the Fins game will have tough fans, I don't know about the Saints.

I have attended two of the games in Dallas.

The fans will make comments, but they are not hostile!

The game in 2002 had so many niner fans in attendance, I felt like I was at Candlestick south!!

I will be there in November supporting the red & gold......:hoppy:

Man, I went to the Niner Cowgirls game at Candlestick back in 2005 when those scumbags beat our Niners 34-31 after we were winning at halftime. I was so disappointed in our fans that day for selling all their tickets to all of these lowlife Cowgirl fans, there were so many **** Dallas fans there that day I could not believe it. I would honestly say that there were at least 40% of the fans there were Cowgirl fans, no joke. Even on the last drive of the game, when the Niners were driving for the winning score, their stupid fans made so much **** noise it actually affected our offense. I'm sorry, but I was MAD AS HELL that day, and I hope that never happens again. But with the legions and legions of cockroach Cowboy fans all across the country, especially since they are good again, it would not surprise me.

As for the game this year, I'd love to see our boys beat the snot out of those cocky Dallas *******s, but I just don't see it, especially with Alex "Megabust" Smith at QB.

Oh well, GO NINERS !!!! :viking:

I plan on going to the Dallas/Niners game this year with a friend that is a Dallas fan. I live near Philly and been to the last two games the Niners played at the Linc. I had my TO Niners jersey on when he played for us against the Eagles. I went with my wife. Everytime we got up, the whole section chanted @#$hole. I would just point to the scoreboard because we were winning. They cheered when TO got hurt in that game. We did end up winning. On the way out, they jumped on this guy who had a Steve Young jersey on. Anyway, I don't think it gets any worse than those rotten Eagles fan except for maybe the Raiders from what I hear. We will be fine at the Dallas game.

Awesome, that takes balls. I wouldn't even do that... I know how pissed off I am to even see other hockey fans at Flyers games, wouldn't want to go to the Linc.
