Hope he had a good reason. You usually dont beat up your dad without it.

And people wanted to draft him. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

we should have drafted him instead of chilo.
if any of this report is true, what a contrast of characters really. one wants to save his dad, and the other wants to physically harm his dad. of course, were talking about different people here too. maybe hardy's dad's a bad guy.

The police report quoted the elder Hardy as saying his son has a lot of anger toward him because he was in prison when his son was young.
Before you judge get all the info, you have NO idea what may have gone on to cause it. His father may have deserved it, egged it on or had the gun innitially.
You just dont know and if he's not being charged with anything it most likely did NOT go down the way the media and the witness is reporting it to have.

the guy is a professional athlete, he works out and he must be inshape and at 6'6, how the hell would you beat on an old man even if he did something wrong, i hope he gets nailed by Willis or anybody his own size, or maybe smaller.. *****hole...
True to that.

It really doesn't matter what happened. The fact of the matter is that he keeps getting himself into situations that seem to get him into trouble. His fault or not, it really doesn't matter. Is it wise to invest a lot of time and money into people who seem to find themselves in compromising situations? No.

It's when people dismiss them too quickly as lost causes that those same people can get really screwed.

Not saying he can't change. I'm just saying when your running an organization its not wise to invest a lot of time and money into such causes unless you can afford to. If your trying to rebuild a football team you really can't AFFORD such undertakings. If your a successful team you can.

as much as i hate to say it some fathers deserve it.
On my 18th birthday my pops threw a tantrum for the ages...he's 5'9 170 Lbs of pure strength. grew up playing a lot of soccer and working in the fields he says he used to wrestle bulls by the horns which i do believe seeing how the first time in his life he hopped on a bench press he put up 315 but long story short he gave me two kicks to my lower back and had me coughing for 2 hours or so...
i didnt do it because i love him. my father has given all for me but it was something he should of never did. I would never have won a fist fight with him a year ago. still doubt i would today but he deserved for me to have flipped him upside his head that time. Another time when i was around 12 he beat the **** outta me with a broom stick for not doing my chores. i mean one thing is whooping, another is beating.
My dad is a complete deadbeat but I would still never beat him up. I'm bigger than that. So I ****ed his current wife instead.

My dad is a deadbeat. I fought him a month after I turned 21, cause he got drunk and decided to flex his liquid courage at me. So I decked him and knocked out my oldmans front teeth. He has fake front teeth now. Some fathers deserve it. You have no idea what Hardy went through as a child... Maybe he was abused, neglected, or his family was abused.

for a lot of dads its a simple as being the baby of the family. I notice that my moms doesnt lose her composure as easy as my pops does even though my pops is 3 years older then her.
I remember telling my parents i had gotten my girlfriend pregnant (before the miscarraige about a year ago) and he flipped. told me i was gonna have to give up my dreams and make room for another set of them. by the time my girl lost the baby which was about 3 months in he was already expecting me to have at least been approved for section 8, married, bought new fornature, etc. My mom on the other hand was disappointed but she told me i needed to keep my head up and when i doubt calm down and work harder.
In my dad's case he's the baby of the family and the 2nd boy of 7 siblings. my mom is the oldest of 10 and as a result when pops doesnt get his way all hell break lose. When my mom doesnt get her way she may cry but she'll never hurt somebody else to prove her point.
I'm sorry. I couldn't read this post on account of the violin playing so loudly it distracted me. I hope I didn't miss anything important.

Doesnt matter if you are a solid player if you are in jail.....Vick. I would argue that Vick is a solid player..but..you get my drift.. This type of behavior is exactly what Nolan doesnt want and what he tries to avoid..
That being said: Yes, he could still be a solid player when on the field ..

Attention James Hardy: you were lucky to even be drafted, you overrated putz. This was NOT the right way to start your NFL career. If you are lucky, you may get a chance to redeem yourself. If not, you only have yourself to blame, you jerk.

How many douches on this board were so in love with that loser? Most of you. Didn't I say this is what this guy is all about??
I swore, on Bill Walsh's grave, this guy was a loser. He hasn't even played a snap, and his career could be in some jeopardy. Some of you guys are real dumb!!!!!!!

Like what it came to w/ me, if your Dad, and more than 2 or three times, is puching you, you would eventually throw something back. I understand being a teenage rebelious punk but that wasnt part of my growing up my dad would lose his temper.I mean you can take the high road but if repeatedly your dad is beating you down then there will be problems.....James hardy is a coward..thats all...Nice payback tho  awesome, you added man points to your card, that's better than any beat down you could have gave

i think i you love your father the way i do mines throwing punches is going to far. I wrestled my dad thousands of times and til maybe a few months ago never even gave him a contest. I guess its just kinda a way of saying pops....im my own man now. I hated it earlier when my pops got mad at me cuz my room is a mess. I spent all day running around tryna figure out what was going with my credit that i didnt have time to clean it so i asked him why i had to be a kid for somethings but a man for others. he sure as hell didnt tell me where to go to get my things sorted out. all he said is good luck son.

Sometimes people deserve what they get...I've been in alot of fights but never with my dad, then again my dads been here my whole life. I might slug my dad if he abandoned me when I was young then tried to come back into my life when I'm about to be a professional football player. I dont know if that was the case but he may of deserved it.
