not a bad situation to be in for the jets at all. but i think they will trade up with the saints and get reggie at #2

if the jets trade up and take bush....
will the packers take aj, vd, or d'brick?
and if they take d'brick..that puts us in a pickle on who to take....will be an intense 15 minutes of suspense if that scenario happens...

i'd assume VD because walker shouldn't be a packer much longer and this way they have some one for Brett favre to overthrow this year and Aaron rodgers to underthrow next year...

Can you imagine the Jets faithful and their reaction if the NYJ dont pick Bush? I have seen their reactions after some of their more dubious picks. If they skipped on Bush if availaible, it would make for some great entertainment. As much as I bash on the Jets, their fans deserve better. I will give Jets fans a lot of credit for being passionate about their team.

Having lived in the NY area for just a few years....LOL (like from the early 80's to the late 90's). I used to love watching the coverage of the draft and seeing who the Jets would draft. One of the few draft picks the fans approved of was Keyshawn...other than that it was lot of negative reaction to picks. I honestly cant see the NYJ passing on Bush if he is available at #4. Just glad I dont live anywhere near there anymore as far as football is concerned.

How many years does Curtis Martin actually have left? Maybe 2? Drafting Bush seems logical for The Jets, but what is their cap situation? :cowboy:

That makes sense but if Mike McCarthy is all about the BPA they may just go for Hawk. If I were them I would not make a high first round draft decision based on an aging QB (that has already committed to playing) that will not be there next year.
But who knows? Maybe Davis was part of the candy package that lured him back to begin with.

Jets fans will burn the building down if they pass on Reggie Bush.
