Somehow Alex became a good QB. They make Davis suck. Either that or he just doesn't fit my scheme?

It's like a really in depth franchise mode, right? Because that's what I want. I'm one of those people who likes to skip everything in franchise mode, to get to the offseason.

i had the previous nfl head coach and i found it to be one of the most boring games i've ever played. i understand that the new one is now on the next gen systems, so it's likely to be much better. the thing that bored me so much with the first game was all the talking and having to skip through a bunch of bs trying to get to the good parts. only to find out that there was no good parts. scouting was garbage, you didn't get the see the players at the combine or anything like that. the players didn't play as they do in real life. it was pretty much like turning madden on cpu v.s. cpu and watching them play, only you call the plays. it was just plain garbage, that's why i stayed away from it this year.

The pre-snap adjustments kept me interested with the games, at first.

But my dumb GM said he was going to be good the *******s! What's funny is he was labeled a bust after like 2 pre-season games once his potential became unlocked. That's what happens when your GM has a rating of 15. :(

Nice. I have Alex on the trading block and got Andre Woodson as an UDFA and his potential is mid 90s. He's starting for me in the 2nd game of the season with an 80 overall.

No. I think its cool that they're different, I just wish there was some help as to figure out WHO fits your system best sometimes. But I think that might be intentional?

I think it's cool. I just don't understand why Isaac Bruce would be way good in a vertical offense and Jamarcus "I can throw 80 yards" Russell is terrible in it.

I created Bill Walsh last night but I didnt save it. Then this morning I created myself and led the team to an 11-5 record. I had a draft with the Pats franchise I was messing around with where the GM wanted me to take some RB and I told him no and I took a RG who was like a 94 potential. He was like a Mankins clone.

yes you can change him to FS. for the niners ratings, i'm too lazy to name them all but VD is only 63 i think. alex smith is 78 IIRC. staley is 83. i'll post the rest later if you still want.

Yeah I just redid the 49ers off-season. I signed Terrell Suggs, Jordan Gross and some young RG (I think some random CPU player who was an 85) and then I did well in the draft.

Got DeSean Jackson, Quentin Groves, and Calais Campbell (all have potential over 85, Jackson is like a 91) and I got Tommy Blake who has some fictious name and he's an 88 potential. Sleeper pick FTW! I wanted to get Josh Johnson or Andre Woodson but I ran out of picks after I had traded up to get Jackson. And both were taken before my later round picks. :(
