DE Strahan Turns Down The New York Giants

Less tha 48 hours after the team learned that DE Umenyiora will miss the year with a torn MCL they were on the phones with Strahan's agent offering
8M for the season for him to return. He his decided and given his 2M pre-game contract on TV, will not return to active duty (and you've got to think his doubts of them repeating factored in...) The team now has Kiwanuka and Tuck as their top pass rushers with Tuck a backup and Kiwanuka missing last season and playoffs.

It just sucks that Tuck will have to stay on the outside on passing downs with Wynn taking that inside role.

Giants didn't need him but he certainly would have helped. But at lest they had nice depth at DE.

Not fixing it after this long, me thinks he is keeping it as a trademark or something. Something people can recognize him by. Otherwise i have no idea why he would leave it.
