im about to buy a niners jersey cant decide if i want gore or willis. which one do you think will be with the team longer? the only jersey i have is a custom one, and im a broke college student so i want the jersey to last a while.

If we do not turn our team around very soon then both of them will be gone within the next few years.

RBs have a shorter lifespan as far as careers go.

The average lifespan of a RB in the NFL is between 3-5 years. Cinsidering the line Gore has been playing behind, he really has taken a beating and you can't be too sure of how much time he has left (even though we all hope he has a long career).

Willis has managed to stay healthy despite playing a large % of snaps. Virtually everyone that's anyone agrees that he has a long and productive career ahead of him. Whether or not he stays after the next rebuilding project is another story.

I'd go with Willis, all things considered.

Willis. Gore looks like he's the kind of guy that will wear himself out by his late 20's.
