I ordered 3 tickets for the niners raiders game in October off of Razorgator fan to fan ticket exchange on this website. The tickets were supposed to be LB 17 row I, 3 in a row. I wanted good seats, close to the field, but in the corners and not in the endzone and i had a budget of about 200. My brother is a Raiders fan and we are coming from Canada. He wanted to be in the south end of the stadium, beacause thats where the Raiders warm up. I didn't care which corner it was in because I've been to a few games and this was his first. We paid 195 a seat.

I got the tickets today and they were LR 42 row 9. (north endzone) I phoned Razorgator and talked to an agent, but not the one who had reassigned the seats. He said they were probably not able to get the seats and assigned seats of an equivalent value. He said that LB 17 row I had a bit of an obstructed view. I said that I needed corner seats or money back and I preferred to be on the south side of the field. He said the agent that had reassigned the seats would phone me back tomorrow.

My questions are:
1) Does anybody know if there are any obstructions in LB 17 row I?? I thought only parts of section 19 would be obstructed by the jutting out of the lower east stands? Is row I so low to the field that there would be something directly in front of you??
2) I did not think a pure endzone seat would be worth 195. I thought it would be worth more like 150. Your thoughts?
3) Is this common for sites like these to reassign seats? I thought what I purchased I would be guaranteed to get, not something of "equivalent value"?
4) What would you ask for if you were me?? I don't want to send these tickets back and end up not getting anything at all.

I'll keep you guys updated. If anything this might be a heads up for anyone considering buying tickets from razorgator.

You get a minor obstruction from the visitor players standing on the sideline in LB17. LR42 is a much better section, IMO. Straight on view of the field. The BIG screen is behind you, though. There's a smaller screen up above the south endzone, however. This is an extremely popular game. $195 is probably below average price.
